What to Expect

Time on site. Detail after the inspection.

A typical inspection takes approximately 6 to 8 hours on site. The detailed written report generally takes another 6 to 8 hours to prepare and is usually delivered within 24 to 48 hours following the on-site inspection.

You do not need to be present. Afterward, you can speak with the inspector and ask questions about the findings.
